XeMoisties is an independent developer bringing dead and delisted online games back to life on jailbroken PlayStation and Xbox consoles — on a self-hosted network spanning four continents, with no PlayStation Network subscription required.
When a publisher pulls the plug on a game’s servers, its online mode is gone for good — no matchmaking, no multiplayer, nothing. XeMoisties rebuilds the missing infrastructure from scratch and puts players back together.
What began as a single-game revival — a full private GTA V Online world for PlayStation 4, complete with crews, live events and its own Social Club — has grown into an all-in-one plugin that restores online play across a growing lineup of games. It now reaches beyond PS4 to PS5, Xbox 360 and PS3, all running on XeMoisties’ own globally-distributed server network with edge nodes across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania.
It’s preservation as much as play: keeping the online life of these games alive after the official servers have gone dark.
A single plugin — the XeMo plugin — handles them all. New titles are added regularly.
